Q: How do I create a widget?
A: it takes minutes an no technical skill needed- Watch Video
Q: Can I create a second widget for another website?
A: Each account is domain specific. You will need to create a new Justuno account for second or third domains.
Q: Can I display multiple discount offers to users in the widget.
A: Yes, new offers simply show below your current offers.
Q: Can I track uses?
A: Yes, log into your Justuno account and click the "Tracking & Analytics" in top navigation. We track "impressions" which is number of times your widget is opened and also number of uses of Facebook Likes, Google Plus, Tweets & Newsletter sign ups.
Q: What if I only want the widget on specific pages?
A: There's a lot of flexibility with the installation of our widget. The embed code works similar to any javascript embed code like Google Analytics tracking script. You can remove the code from any page on your site. You also have the option of "Custom" buttons to present to users. Learn more in our developer secion: http://www.justuno.com/developers.asp
Q: How do I download the list of emails from "Join Our Newsletter" option?
A: You can log into your Justuno admin and in the upper right you will see the option to "Download Emails". This will be in excel format.
Q: Do you have to have a shopping cart in order for JustUno to work? I have content that I'd like to share in exchange for a click (tweet, share, etc.).
A: Justuno has multiple applications. Instead of displaying a coupon code to users after they Like, Tweet or G+1, you can display a link to a page with content. Just paste the url into the "Promo Code" box instead of a code.
Q: Can I and how do I install with Shopify?
A: Yup! here's our current How to install with Shopify
Q: What if we didn't install right away and our trial is expiring?
A: No sweat, we'll take care of you and start the trial once you have launched.
Q: How come our twitter count doesn't instantly increase when someone tweets?
A: This has to do with "caching" on Twitters end. Here's some more info on why they don't automatically report that information: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tweet-button/faq#count-api-increment
