In the past, there was no catch-all solution to auto-populate critical fields of data to help reduce the friction of the checkout process. To this end, our development team has created two solutions that should work seamlessly for our Shopify and Big Commerce clients. Note: if you are not on either of these platforms, you can still utilize these features, it just requires further customization of our code (support for that here).
Auto Populate Email Address At Checkout
Again, reducing the friction at the point of sale. This new feature automatically adds an email submitted to a Justuno promotion to it’s respective field on your checkout page. Here’s a visual to show you where to set it up:
Auto Populate Coupon Code At Checkout
This takes the auto-populate feature a step further. It helps you eliminate potential shopper frustration that comes from forgetting a coupon code they may have received upon entering your site, for example. Anytime you’re able to shorten the checkout process and nullify frustration, you’re going to see an increase in conversions.
